2. Website access / server logs

The web server processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, access time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system for secure and reliable operation.

3. Contact and enquiry forms

We process the information entered in the general contact form and the forms for events and team meals to handle the respective enquiry. This may include name, email address, phone number, stay or event details, number of guests, preferred room area, meal selection and your message. To prevent automated submissions, we use an invisible control field, a minimum completion time and a server-side rate limit. The IP address is processed only as a hash and temporarily for this rate limit.

4. IONOS WebAnalytics

We use IONOS WebAnalytics, a service of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of this website. The evaluation is based on log files or pixels. IONOS does not use cookies for this purpose. The IP address is anonymised immediately after transmission and is then processed without any personal reference. In particular, pages and files accessed, referrer, browser, operating system, device type and time of access are recorded. According to IONOS, this data is neither passed on to third parties nor transferred to third countries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of our website. 5. Cookies

The website itself does not set analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.

6. Facebook / Meta

The Facebook feed is loaded only after an active click. Loading may transmit connection data to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and may allow cookies or similar technologies.

7. Instagram

Instagram is initially shown only as a local preview or external link. A connection is established only after an active click.

8. External links

Google Maps, the City of Dillingen, Komoot and other external services are linked rather than automatically embedded.

9. Recipients

Data may be transmitted to hosting and email providers where technically necessary.

10. Your rights

You have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.

11. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

12. Security

The live website should be delivered exclusively via HTTPS.
